PROCESSING TIMES:

DAILY PROCESSING: Orders are processed and prepped for same-day delivery if order is placed by 11am EST. All orders placed after 11am EST will be processed and prepped to be shipped the following business day.

We ship Monday - Friday from New York, New York USA (excluding weekends and Federal holidays)

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY SEASON PROCESSING: All domestic orders must be placed by December 13 at 10am EST for December 24 delivery. 

You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped AFTER it has been processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.
