Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES:

We offer 2-day Expedited Shipping, as well as standard shipping of 2-5 days (Economy Plus) and 3-8  business days (Economy). Processing of your order takes place immediately if your order payment is processed before 10a.m. EST. All orders placed after 10 a.m. will be processed the following business day.

We ship Monday - Saturday from North Carolina, USA (excluding and Federal holidays)

Holiday season processing: We offer 2-5 day shipping at a higher cost, as we expect a high volume of orders. Otherwise, holiday season processing may take up to 5 business days. Holiday season orders will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail and will arrive 2-4 business days depending on your location in the USA from New York, New York. You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped AFTER it has processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update. 

Please order by 10a.m. EST on December 13 to ensure receipt of order in time for Christmas.
