Cancellation policy

For Standard Orders

We understand that sometimes things change.

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. If your order has already been packed or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled but may still be eligible for return once delivered.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@averyradiance.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.

📦 For Pre-Orders

Because pre-orders are processed in advance and help us manage sustainable production:

• Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing a pre-order

• After 1 hour, pre-orders are considered confirmed and are non-refundable until delivery, at which time they may qualify under our return policy (30 days, 75% full, etc.)

We will always do our best to accommodate special situations if you contact us before fulfillment begins.

⚠️ Note:

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests for:

• Orders that have already shipped

• Final sale or promotional products

• Repeat cancellation abuse
