At Avery Radiance, we stand behind the quality of our vegan skincare products. We want you to love your purchase, and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item:

• Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Must be in the original packaging

How to Initiate the Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please click HERE to provide your order number and shipping zip code. Click 'Submit; and we'll guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.

2. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

3. We are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping label will be provided with a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance to ensure your return is delivered to us safely.

4. Once your return is received and inspected by Avery Radiance fulfillment, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the processing of your refund, if applicable.

We offer Refunds or Store Credit:

• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment or issue store credit, as per your preference.
• If you are receiving a refund, it may take some time for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will only be processed to the original method of payment with no exceptions.
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will assess the issue and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
