🔁 Returns

We want you to love your glow. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Product must be at least 75% full

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number & shipping zip code)

  • Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders

  • Original packaging is appreciated but not required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked Final Sale or Limited Edition

  • Nearly empty containers

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

⛔ Cancellations

🛍️ Standard Orders

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

🕒 Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled within 1 hours of purchase. After that time, they are considered confirmed and may only be eligible for return once delivered.

📧 To cancel an order, email us at info@averyradiance.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.

💸 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Refunds are not automatically issued upon return. Each return is reviewed to confirm eligibility based on our return policy.

🔄 Exchanges

Want to try something else? We offer free exchanges for any eligible product within 30 days of delivery.
